The Seawatch 2009 Coastal Living Magazine Idea House officially opened to the public over Labor Day Weekend and over 1,400 coastal living enthusiasts have toured the past three weekends. The beautiful home has received widespread praise. Here are three examples of what others are saying about the Idea House.

The home is now open for tours, from September 3rd through November 29th. Tour hours are Thursday through Sunday, 12:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. Group appointments are also available. Tickets to tour the home can be purchased online or at the door for $10 with proceeds to benefit the Boys and Girls Homes of North Carolina charitable organization.
